SafeHaven And You

This section outlines our relationship with you. It includes a description of the Service and defines our Agreement.

Rights Acquired Through Use

By using our service you are granted the following non-transferable rights:

Users retain the right to:

  • Access the Plattform and upload, share and view content.
  • Monetize your content through the SafeHaven Monetization Program
  • The right to opt in or out of the Data Leasing Program at any time
  • Delete your account or content at any time

Rights retained by SafeHaven

SafeHaven retains the following rights to:

  • All intellectual properties including but not limited to: source code, designs, logos and images.
  • Lease out user content if the user has decided to opt in.
  • Remove content and accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions
  • Display, store and distribute your content in accordance with our PrivacyPolicy

Data Leasing Program

If you opt in to the data leasing program:

  • You grant SafeHaven the right to license your content to third party AI companies for training purposes
  • You will receive a share of the licensing revenue
  • You can withdraw from the program at any time
  • SafeHaven acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for how licensed data is used by third parties beyond the scope of the licensing agreement

Limitations of Liability (Haftungsbeschränkung)

According to the allowed applicable limitations applied by § 1295 Allgemeines bürgerliches Gesetzbuch and § 6 Konsumentenschutzgesetz: SafeHaven is not liable for:

  • content uploaded by users - responsibility lies with the user
  • indirect damages arising from the use of the platform
  • SafeHaven does not guarantee the accuracy of C2PA verification — while we make every effort to detect falsified metadata, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy

These limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit) or intentional misconduct by SafeHaven

Intellectual Property of Uploaded Content

You confirm that you own the copyright to all content you upload, or that you have the necessary rights to upload it. Uploading content you do not own the rights to is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in account termination

Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of Austria.
